EMDR Consultation for Therapists
Deepen Your Practice. Reclaim Your Confidence.
EMDR therapy is more than a protocol. It is a powerful clinical framework that can create meaningful and lasting change for clients. But learning EMDR and truly feeling confident using it in real sessions are two different things.
Whether you are newly trained and feeling unsure where to start, or you were trained years ago and want to begin using EMDR again, consultation provides the support, structure, and clinical guidance needed to build confidence and competence in your work.
I provide EMDR consultation for clinicians working toward certification as well as clinicians who want to strengthen their EMDR skills and case conceptualization.
Move Beyond the Script
Many clinicians feel stuck in the mechanics of the 8 phases or worry that they are “doing it wrong.” Consultation is a space to slow down, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of the model so you can use EMDR more naturally and confidently in your sessions.
Consultation can help you:
-
Refresh the fundamentals of the 8-phase protocol
-
Build confidence using EMDR with real clients
-
Move beyond script anxiety
-
Strengthen case conceptualization
-
Integrate the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model into your clinical decision-making
-
Work toward EMDRIA certification
-
Discuss complex or stuck cases
-
Develop your own clinical style within the EMDR model
My goal is to help you feel grounded, competent, and supported in your EMDR work so you can show up for your clients with clarity and confidence.

Who EMDR Consultation Is For
Clinicians on the Certification Path
You have completed EMDR Basic Training and are working toward certification. I provide structured consultation to help you log hours, strengthen your clinical skills, and prepare for certification with confidence.
Clinicians Seeking Confidence Using EMDR
You completed training but do not use EMDR often, feel unsure about the protocol, or struggle to integrate EMDR into your sessions. Consultation can help bridge the gap between training and real-world practice.
Clinicians Working with Complex Trauma
If you are working with complex trauma, dissociation, or clients who feel “stuck,” consultation can help with case conceptualization and treatment planning.
